Who we are. This website is operated by I.C.M Electrician (ABN 68 704 488 990), an electrical contracting business based at Lockyer Waters, Queensland. You can contact us on 0407 705 917 or at admin@icmelectric.com.

What we collect. When you use the quote form or contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or town, property type, a description of the work you need, any photos you attach, and how you heard about us. Our website host (Webador) and Google Analytics also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.

Why we collect it. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out and record electrical work, issue certificates and reports, and keep the job records that a licensed electrical contractor is required to keep. We use website statistics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the job, for example with the electricity distributor when connection or metering paperwork is required, with an insurer or property manager when you ask us to, with our accounting and job-management software providers, or where the law requires it.

How we store it. Form submissions are stored by our website host and in our email and job records. We keep job records for as long as our licensing, tax and insurance obligations require, and take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

Cookies and analytics. This site uses Google Analytics and the website host's statistics to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your rights. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email admin@icmelectric.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
