Thermal Scanning

Preventing breakdowns

We are thermal imaging specialist and use our unique skills as an essential predictive maintenance tool. We prevent minor electrical faults developing into major failures, preventing critical breakdowns and therefore saving companies valuble downtime.

Variable Speed Drives

VFD/VSD Installations

VFDs are used in applications ranging from small appliances to large compressors. About 25% of the world's electrical energy is consumed by electric motors in industrial applications, which can be more efficient when using VFDs in centrifugal load service, however, the global market preperation for all applications of VFDs is relatively small.
Over the last four decades, power electronics technology has reduced VFD cost and size and has improved performance through advances in semiconductor switching devices, drive topologies, simulation and control techniques, and control hardware and software.

Custom Switchboards

Cater for site specific needs

An electric switchboard is a device that directs electricity from one or more sources of supply to several smaller regions of usage. It is an assembly of one or more panels, each of which contains switches that allow electricity to be redirected. A switchboard is divided into different interconnected sections, generally consisting of a main section and a distribution section. These two sections are sometimes replaced by a combination section, which is a section that can fulfill the roles of both aforementioned sections. Switchboards can also sometimes come with an auxiliary section that is used to house devices that cannot be housed in the same section as other devices

Hazardous Area Electrical

EEHA Technicians

Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) inspections are mandatory for any electrical equipment or installations that are situated within potentially explosive gas or dust atmospheres.

These potentially explosive environments are rated as hazardous areas, explosive atmospheres, or ‘Ex Areas’. Hazardous Areas are classified from Zone 0 (the highest risk of explosion) to Zone 2 (very low risk of explosion).

The equipment installed or used in these zones must be explosion proof and rated with an Ex code that specifies a level of protection required for the risks of the given location.

Such equipment is termed ‘Ex Equipment’ and it may also be certified for use under the IECEx International Certification System (International Electrotechnical Commission System for Certification To Standards Relating To Equipment for Use In Explosive Atmospheres). IECEx certification ensures that Ex Equipment operates under the strictest safety requirements to prevent all risks of explosion.

Exceptional control knowledge

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The system is used to provide heating and cooling services to buildings. HVAC systems have become the required industry standard for construction of new buildings.

Automated equipment and facilities

Automation is the technology by which a process or procedure is performed with minimal human assistance.  Automation control is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching on telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with minimal or reduced human intervention.
Automation covers applications ranging from a household thermostat controlling a boiler, to a large industrial control system with ten of thousands of input measurements and output control signals. In control complexity, it can range from simple on-off control to multi-variable high-level algorithms.

Electric motor and pump install

Energy efficient solutions

Electric motors may be classified by considerations such as power source type, internal construction, application and type of motion output. In addition to AC versus DC types, motors may be brushed or brushless, may be of various phase, and may be either air-cooled or liquid-cooled. General-purpose motors with standard dimensions and characteristics provide convenient mechanical power for industrial use.
